This is a Schilke trumpet part (valve guide) made of the currently popular phosphor bronze.
It is carved out from a plate.
It offers more resistance than brass, allowing you to press the accelerator harder.
It adds warmth and makes it easier to produce a three-dimensional, dignified sound.
It seems like it would be effective for orchestras and jazz solos.
This is a newly created custom part. Please try it out.
Set of 3.
This product has been polished to a minimum to prevent the piston hole position from shifting, and is slightly more angular than the genuine Delrin and brass product. It is less slippery than Delrin, and we have confirmed that if it is inserted at an angle, the metal parts may get caught together. If it does not move at all, slowly pull it back and reinsert it.
Please rest assured that there is sufficient clearance with the piston body.
